Terms & Conditions (T&Cs):
1. The Electric Vehicles (EV) Day contest is organized by Tata Technologies Limited.

2. Participation in this is voluntary.

3. The contest ends at 11:55 PM IST on 08th Sept 2024.

4. The contest is open only to Indian nationals from India, over 18 years of age.

5. The contest giveaway gifts are available to Indian nationals only.

6. The winners will be decided through a lucky draw conducted by Tata Technologies.

7. By participating in the Electric Vehicles contest, each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood the Contest’s T&Cs. By participating in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the T&Cs. Mere participation should not be perceived as any commitment on the part of Tata Technologies Limited to select a participant as the winner. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Tata Technologies Limited to conduct further, similar, or other contests in the future. By participating in this contest, the participants also agree and confirm that they are legally eligible to participate in this contest and are of such lawfully permissible age.

8. Incomplete information provided or failure to provide true and accurate information, and failure to submit proof of identification and/or original confirmation number will automatically disqualify a participant. Tata Technologies Limited shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified because of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

9. Tata Technologies Limited has the sole discretion in selecting the winners from all eligible entries. Tata Technologies Limited decides about the prizes. The decision of Tata Technologies Limited in this regard will be deemed final, and Tata Technologies Limited will entertain no correspondence regarding the same. Prizes are offered on a ‘NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND’ basis.

10. Tata Technologies Limited holds the right to publish the winner’s names through any medium/channel.

11. Tata Technologies Limited does not encourage and is not responsible for misusing any content. Copyrighted, obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. Tata Technologies Limited retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.

12. Multiple entries are not allowed.

13. All participants, including entrants and winners, will not have any claim against Tata Technologies Limited or its affiliates regarding matters connected with this contest. All participants, including entrants and winners, expressly waive any and all rights of claim against Tata Technologies Limited concerning the contest, prize, declaration of the winner or the T&Cs hereof. Further, Tata Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any losses, damages, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering this contest, or accepting any part of the prize. Further, participants will hold Tata Technologies Limited harmless against any loss, damage, taxes, or liabilities suffered by Tata Technologies Limited due to a participant’s participation in this contest or accepting any part of the prize.

14. Tata Technologies Limited reserves the right to withdraw the contest and/or change, amend, extend, and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest, without any reason and at any time, without prior notice.

15. Tata Technologies Limited will not be responsible and liable for acceptability, suitability, delivery, service, defects, deficiency, performance, or quality of the services /products/prize provided under the contest.

16. The participant(s) hereby permit Tata Technologies Limited & its affiliates to freely use and distribute in any manner and through any medium their submissions and content thereof as entered in this contest.

17. Materials/content sent/submitted with Tata Technologies Limited, including feedback and other communications of any kind and submission of an entry to this contest, shall be deemed non-confidential. Tata Technologies Limited shall be free to reproduce, distribute and publicly display such feedback and materials without limitation or obligation of any kind. Tata Technologies Limited is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques in such submissions or materials. Participants agree and confirm that such submissions and any content/material included therein do not breach any third party’s intellectual and/or proprietary rights.

18. Prizes are non-transferable & Tata Technologies Limited reserves the right to modify/withdraw the prizes with/without any prior notice.

19. Disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

20. By entering the contest, participants indemnify Tata Technologies Limited and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agencies from any liability whatsoever and waive all causes of action related to any liability, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the contest.
